* Plants and also in some countries seeds shipment require a phytosanitary certificate. The German phytosanitary certificate is certified with the corresponding addition as a CITES document for artificially propagated species of Appendix II of the Washington Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, i.e. all cacti and most other succulents.

Plants with the addition CITES not outside EU will only be shipped outside the EU in exceptional cases. These species require a special CITES document (€ 95.00) and some countries also require an import permit, which you must apply for with a copy of our export permit. Please ask your authorities if you need a CITES import document and let us know immediately.

 

Returns

You have to return the goods immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of any cancellation of this contract to us or passed. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days. They bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods, where the value loss is due to a necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods handling.
