COMPO insect repellant PREV-AM® is a contact agent. Therefore, the pest must come into direct contact with the product for optimal effect. The active ingredient, based on orange oil, damages the outer skin of soft-skinned insects, mites and certain fungi, so that the pest dries out. In addition, thanks to its good wetting properties, the agent can penetrate the insects' respiratory system and act there.

When the first pests appear, treat the plants by spraying. The first application on young plants should take place at the earliest after the second main leaves have unfolded. For an optimal effect, the plants must be completely wetted. It is important to ensure that the recommended amount of spray liquid per m² is not exceeded, otherwise there is a risk of leaf discoloration.
